Title: Garlic-Hot Pepper Vinegar

Yield: 1 Servings

2cWhite vinegar
2lgCloves garlic -- peeled
2 Fresh
  Cayenne, jalapeno or other
  Hot peppers

In a small stainless steel saucepan, heat vinegar to boiling. Meanwhile thread garlic and hot pepper on wooden skewer. Place in clean pint jar. Carefully pour hot vinegar into jar. Cover; let stand several days at room temperature to blend flavors. If desired, strain into decorative jar and add fresh garlic and peppers. Store in cool, dark place. Makes 1 pint.
